Unclaimed Prizes in ACT & NSW only
If a prize is unclaimed in the ACT and NSW within 3 months of the draw date, yourtown will comply with the terms and conditions stipulated by ACT Gaming and Racing Commission and NSW Fair Trading in relation to a redraw. Such redraw for any unclaimed prizes for yourtown Draw 555 1st Prize or Draw 555 myplace member and Draw 555 Bonus draws would occur at yourtown, Suite 5, Cordova St, Milton Qld 4064 on Friday, 17 July 2026. Unclaimed Prizes in other States (excluding ACT and NSW)

Is it actual Gold? Can I see it?
Absolutely – it’s real, investment-grade Gold. But don’t worry, you don’t need a vault at home. The Gold is held securely for you unless you choose to have it physically delivered.
Can I sell the Gold for cash?
Yes – you can sell your Gold back at any time through our Gold Bullion suppliers. The value is based on the market price (spot price) on the day you choose to sell. A small fee of 2–2.5% applies when selling.
How much is the Gold worth?
Your prize is valued at the purchase price on the day of the draw. The value of Gold can go up or down depending on the market, so it's entirely your call when to sell.
Do I need to do anything to claim or store the Gold?
