Kids Helpline is a safety net for those under 25, ensuring no child slips through the cracks. In 2023, there were 3,893 crisis/safety interventions where Kids Helpline counsellors reached out to services like ambulance, police, or child protection, in response to an urgent event for a young person.

From our domestic and family violence refuge to our San Miguel family residential service, your ticket ensures we're able to protect children and help families at high or imminent risk of harm.

Thanks to the community's support, in the 2022/23 financial year, yourtown was able to support over 1,700 individuals through our domestic and family violence, young parenting, and family mental health programs.

Being given time, support, and hope can make all the difference in gaining the courage and confidence to regain control of their lives.

Around 90% of families who come through yourtown's domestic violence support service are able to leave their abusive relationships permanently.

Long-term unemployment can have an enduring, detrimental impact on young lives.

Our employment services employ young people, teaching them to be work-ready and transition to sustainable employment.
